Inflect

Terms of use

Effective 8 November 2026

Not investment advice

Inflect applies fixed, published rules to public filings and prices. It does not recommend buying, selling or holding any security, does not take your situation into account, and is not a substitute for a licensed adviser. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Data and accuracy

Fundamentals come from companies' own XBRL filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission; index membership from the ETF holdings files and public sources named on the method page; prices from Yahoo Finance's public chart data, an unofficial feed. Filings contain tagging errors, restatements and gaps; derived figures (quarters, EPS, net cash) follow the rules on the method page and can be wrong when the inputs are. Data is refreshed nightly and may be stale. Everything is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose.

Use

Free for personal, non-commercial use. Do not scrape the site at a rate that burdens it, redistribute the data files as your own, or present the scores as a recommendation from us. Index names (S&P 500, Dow Jones Industrial Average, Russell 2000, S&P/TSX) are trademarks of their owners, used only to identify the published lists.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its contents.

Changes

These terms may change; the effective date above will move when they do.
